How anyone would buy with out looking or at least having their own inspections their own apprasials first and fall for that line of sale tactics its really on the buyer.. and you have to hand it to Morris he came on the scene with star power ( like TV guru who sell education) so he had a huge leg up.. and then you have many of these folks are first time investors who got caught up in his hype and jumped on.. there are also many like the post above who called BS and came to that conclusion on their own..

I've had situations where I came to the conclusion a foreclosure action was improper and hired counsel to file a notice of appearance on behalf of the insured to put on a defense thereby stopping an immediate foreclosure judgment.
