@David Leggett In my opinion the Local Agent comes from the town wanting someone to serve with legal process concerning the property.

But the contracting businesses get 1/3 down at contract signing . 1/3 when we start on site , and final upon completion . 

Hi Pat:I greatly appreciate your comments comparing the two locations and agree with everything you said about management as well as location.I am still getting my feet wet with the BP site and and the information overload, but will keep you in mind for properties in AZ.

I wish a banner would call out theses dual types of listings but I would really rather them not allow for Airbnb listings on FF site and stay in there on lane as well. 

All of our platforms do not accept vids and our site is not optimized for them. 

This means the homeowner must reside on site during the guests’ entire stay.

And I guess "waiting" for her to serve me.
