I would assume it would be lower as expenses often paid for by a landlord on MFH such as landscape upkeep, sidewalks, water/sewer/garbage, etc are transferred directly to the renter in a single family dwelling??

Their POS is based on only 4 items (sidewalks, aprons, sewer-dye, and smoke detectors) so its not as bad as some other cities.Just something to consider if people are looking to invest in the Cleveland area, as it ties up some of your money until the repairs are done, then remaining funds are released.

One structure is right on the side walk (used to be a garage with an apartment above, the garage was converted to a living unit in the 70's and was grandfathered in) and there's no parking, just street parking.

The sidewalk is about 25' from my front door, and also about 6' lower.As far as I can tell, they don't smoke in their unit or on their balcony.I'm pissed because they lied to me about being a smoker.
