Out of all the markets I am considering Alafaya, Florida is the only market that is shrinking.

- heck I rode their stock down (shorting) from $14, but now I am long at $0.61 (losing a bit of money there ;))Their deposits are down to $18 bil right now and shrinking.

They will continue to limp along with an every shrinking market share, going back to public trough once a quarter for more money to support their organizations.

When the land has an outsized value vs. the improvement, financing options shrink.

While it is the business model it can shrink when inflation, cost will wreck the housing industry.
