To my knowledge Many lenders won't lend on a condo if a certain % of apartments s have the same owner.

I ended up having spray foam done in my attic and injection foam into my walls.

They are pretty firm, but I put on a 2" memory foam topper then a Serta Black waterproof padded cover.Overall that keeps it firm, but softens the overall.

We added a 1.5" memory foam topper and a padded waterproof cover over that and we get lot's of compliments.

I'm happy to be a member and look forward to building solid mutually beneficial relationships.My question is:Should I preserve the original wood siding on a 100 yr old 2-unit multifamily or just cover it with Tyvek, foam board, and Vinyl siding?

I'm hoping to find a way to shave some of these costs since we already have sewer service and technically only need one water connection for the building with two water meters.

Clean with TSP, prime and paint with high quality oil based products and use a foam roller.

The upside for you will be in the delta you can compress related to vacant lots, market rents, utility metering and recapture, and shaving expenses where they make sense (again, just to name a few main areas). 

I have a flat roof so I would prefer to do a foam roof, but would appreciate any recommendationsThanks
