My question is directed at more of gaining an immersive experience of the flipping process during my final semester in undergrad.    

And the problem with that is that we want to start a lease on January first to allow for students to rent it before the spring semester begins.

I still have to finish reading but having your opinion does help me make my choice easier by having access to other peoples thoughts.I currently do not have any bad debt,  I am fortunate to be graduating with only about $2000 I borrowed from my parents to finish off this last semester, so paying them back won't be too big an issue.  

I can't imagine taking 4 or 5 college courses a semester paying that much per book. 

That covers 2 semesters and a summer semester. 

is there a lot of move around xmas time as they want to move to somewhere else for next semester?

Last year we had students and faculty alike scrambling to find residences within weeks of the fall semester--it was crazy!

ABC or one of those had an investigative report that all schools make that claim and get people to sign up. schools know that most adults will quit after a semester or two. it's a big scam but it's a big business, i guess.
