Does anybody know of any programs that can scrub an excel list for duplicate names?

They have a direct feed from 98% of the 3150 or so counties in the US.What is great about this data is that it’s usually super fresh (they tell you how old it is before you download it) and it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the mystery/difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

Use a stiff nylon bristle brush and scrub the crud out of the grout, let it set until the bleach and oxyclean lighten it up enough for you, and then rinse it really well.Good luck!

What I did in one apartment that really helped was to dismantle the bseboard heating elements if you have them, and spray them with an odo ban solution, then scrub as best you can, then respray with bleach.

I can put down kitty litter to soak up the majority on top then scrub it with purple grease cleaner and finally power wash it.

You might also want to scrub the walls down with TSP solution and rinse it if there's still a lot of wallpaper residue clinging to it.
