The court date is set for 7/16/24 at 10am (a work day) and according to the JP, I can cancel up to 2 days prior to court date.

I've read over James Wise's Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods but at 7 years old it's surely a bit dated.

Prior to returning the 1099 you should ask them how much assistance they have awarded the tenant and the date they will send the check to you.

If so and I was to create LLC after buying my third or fourth property, is the cost of transfer to LLC at a later date really that expensive compared to the maintaining of LLC on just one property for few years?
