We also refinish and re-surface a lot of things like cabinets and floors for our rentals so re-using and reducing is huge.We have 4 community dumpsters, from 2-6yds so they all share the load.

But a few edits below could increase your traffic. 1. update your photos to showcase project completion/ de-clutter. 2. take and post a video walk through. 3. utilize Zillows 3d tour app. 4. make sure your updated and renewed on local craigslist, Facebook market place etc. 5. start decreasing the rent $25-$50 per week until you see a marketplace response in leads 6. if your willing to do more work id say to refinish or install LVP over the painted floors.

The house will eventually eventually be turned into rental  Option 1     Keep / re-finish floors ( Current condition Option  2  LVP  -   Heirloom Pine   LVP (  Used some scraps from previous reno  Option  3  Essential Oak Option 4  Tupelo Oak The trim is solid wood I would look to keep -  There are a couple of pieces of wood trim  throughout the downstairs that are really nice.

Basically you can repair the existing stuff or use carpet or tile flooring though refinishing hardwood is best and probably cheapest if possible.
