Long story short my credit score increase 5 points after being with them for 6 months, I took 'FREE' advice from another recommended credit repair company and my credit score finally began to increase

If a landlord plans to hold the property for a while, we always recommend an annual lease, ending to align with the summer leading lesson, or staggered with their other leases depending on the situation.  

I highly recommend them.

I'd recommend focusing on properties that have been on market over 45 days in the boroughs and over 30 days in the suburbs.
