Hope is not a plan.. but i sure hope folks will pay their rents unless just absolutely unable.When i owned my storage facility my banker was not all that keen on them during a recession.. and i bought mine from someone who had ran it into the ground but it was not easy in the 08 09 time frame..

I am also anticipating that will go on for a long time, and there will probably be more to come when looking back at the 2008 recession, especially when the tenants blow through their typically meager savings/emergency funds.

Companies that lost millions of customers from all this or are going to lose customers from all this, are still project to be way higher then the number of customers then had 2008 before or after the recession.
