Unless you have your taxes sitting on their doorstep 60 days before the filing deadline and make some noise about, “I expect for my taxes to be ready before the deadline”,  they probably won’t be.  

It was more so to educate myself and have as much information as possible befor jumping into realestate investing In New Jersey, you need to work under a broker for 3 years before you can then sit for the brokers exam.

Most large land listings sit around a long time.

The original lease from the owner who owned it at the time it was installed had hand writing on it for payments that increased per 5 year term is what it looked like if I recall correctly.
