I printed a copy of my credit report, tax information showing how much taxes they avoid by holding the mortgage instead of selling and paying taxes on it, an amortization schedule (a list showing monthly payments, interest and principal) to provide a clear understanding to the seller of how much they will make on interest and then I told the seller I would pay the Realtor fee of $5,000.

As to your question, the best way to market high end properties is to price them appropriately, list them with a professional agent experienced in the area and in high end properties, and then market them to high end buyers through web and print publications.

Unless things are different in different parts of the country but I don't think so... if you read the fine print of the warranty of tub reglazers there will be a paragraph about not setting anything on the reglazed bathtub ever again, meaning, no soap, no shampoo bottles etc... this is a pretty good indication of the resilience of the process, they are basically worried about anything on the surface for a long period of time causing moisture issues and bubbling the 'reglaze'.
