The "trust the process" issue comes up much more often for us in the context of a seller who has to go to an embassy / consulate / attorney in a foreign land, get the deed, etc. executed, authenticated and then go one step further to have the capacity of the official who authenticated the doc verified as well.

If you have language in your lease that allows for entry to complete necessary repairs, I would give them official notice to enter and finish the window install by personally accompanying the contractor.

Unfortunately, I have found that many of these "official Surveyors" don't know how to fill out these forms and as an insurance agent that interoperates them I often have to put a call into the surveyors and ask them to correct these forms.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko in regards to 'converting' traditional funds over that are already in my SOLO401K to the ROTH component, if those 'funds' are say a rental that I paid 100K for, do I need to get an official appraisal of that property to covert things?
