Does a nationwide name like Re/Max, Caldwell Banker make a difference vs an office that is still well known in my area and has branches in few states?

I work for Opendoor(largest nationwide Ibuyer) and we are looking at generating an investor lead email in the Atlanta area.Two questions1.

This was a small local bank that held it.The other was a nation-wide bank. 

Or would it be advised to expand nationwide and wholesale remotely?

Im in the top 1% of agents nationwide, and still when I buy or sell in states Im not licensed in and dont know the nuances and laws of that state and local jurisdictions, I still hire an agent that knows what they are doing. 

I have only read the first page of this thread (started 5-6 days ago), but I am shocked at the people who are not recognizing that this is an unprecedented nationwide event.
