U still need the human element in the woods be hard to have robots out there walking up and down 10 to 30 degree pitch's where feller bunchers cant work and the trees still need human fellers to cut them down..

They basically lack minimal economics understanding.

The idea that you can build wealth without putting any money into it is a recipe for disaster and the sales pitch of gurus trying to steal your money.

I heard an interview done on them and they had some excellent ideas on how to pitch rental arbitrage to a landlord and how it can benefit them and their property.

The property is great and currently has minimal vacancy.
