If you are planning to stay in Canada and use a general contractor to do most of the work on your property and minimize you flights.  

It is too much to get them up a flight of stairs and they are likely to hurt another tenant in the process.

A wknd trip to any other markets will cost you $1,000 and be a huge pain (possible flight delays, etc). 

Hi - we are considering renting one of our properties to a small 'crash pad' company that rents to flight attendants - basically our lease agreement would be with the company who in turn will furnish it as a crash pad and sublet to flight attendants as a crash pad (we are near an international airport).  

Closest park is a 3 hour drive, farthest is a connecting flight trip.
