Anyone else that's been listening as long as I have out there who can remember which episode I'm thinking of?

I'm a new investor whose been listening, watching, and trying my best to get a start on this awesome journey.

If you just listen to the 1000+ podcasts of the 'real estate', 'money' and 'rookie' you would have a good base of knowledge. 

While listening to Barbara Corcoran she emphasized the need to have other income while building your real estate holdings.

I've listened to audio courses and read books by different gurus and learned something each time.

Just google "best brokerages for training"Listen to the bigger pockets podcast if you haven't already.

All because I kept showing up to this meeting, listened to their advice, and took action on what they were telling me. good luck!

Those are the types of people you should listen too because they just share knowledge and are not trying to give an angle to push you toward some over priced guru

I listen to the podcast on a regular basis and this had boost my desire to take action so here I am.
