Living an alternative employment life is both challenging and liberating.I am interested in maintaining my properties, a home and guesthouse, and maximizing income potential, innovative ways to make improvements to my properties, and to pay down my mortgage creatively.

I think there are good odds Richmond will implement rent control on the ballot in Nov 2016, fyi.

Because I am not supported financially by the organization I am associated with, I am working remotely part-time for my friend  as the Operations Specialist for his window repair company based out of Lakewood, CO, which means that I play a key role in most of the special projects, including innovation and expansion.  

I opened up my company In Nov/15 and I don't have Income Tax Docs to prove income yet.

My goals are simple; to be a positive role model, offer solutions that make sense, and show others innovative strategies and systems to help them achieve their goals.I have always had a passion for real estate so in 2013; I went for it!

However, I can't think of innovative ways to prevent the AC condenser from being stolen since it's outside of the house, and these bad guys can still jump over the fence and steal the condenser. 

It is minutes from University City and all the innovation and expansion going on there; minutes away from boat house row and the Art Museum area... all the culture and outdoor recreation you want; minutes away from the Philadelphia Zoo, which I am betting will continue its building and expansion; within walking distance of the Mann and Memorial Hall; finally transportation, several bus routes in the area and the 76 expressway a stones throw away.With that said it is a bit of a rough neighborhood. 

Public deed and tax still list the original owner, state (ma) financial statement list the owner as preforclosed in Nov 15.Sorry if I seem confused, i am, still very very new and learning, all I know is: yes current numbers do not work, but I will continue to stalk this house; anything under 200k is great (some room for ok profit), but I would black market some of my organs to get it near the 160K mark or less.

(And the last one’s my favorite.)Bubbles may seem fruitless and destructive when they burst, but they actually serve a very essential function in the process of innovation and human progress.

Pinch, save, and innovate until you have the cashflow to expand.Other than that- Go for it.
