As someone with little capital to invest at this moment, I’m wondering if this is a reasonable (and relatively safe, depending on the deal) option to pursue even if I’m not clearing much in the way of cash flow to start. 

I have less knowledge about Seattle but my oldest friend did a basement conversion ADU in Seattle (I am at her birthday in Long Beach Washington at this moment).  

There's no need to give any definitive answers at this moment.

Now, compared to San Francisco, it's incredibly easy;  but comparatively in North Alabama, it is not.  

I remember something like this being touted over 20 years ago by a company who's name I can't think of at the moment.

I haven't decided particularly in anyone yet since I am gathering the necessary information at the moment to see which one would fit my interest.

There is commercial going in as well, and several larger developments are getting re-developed and revamped at the moment.  

That way you don't lose cash flow or a good property or that incredible loan rate.

With all three rooms rented, we make about 2.9k per month.Now that you are all caught up, at the moment all three rooms are rented.
