I am of the philosophy that if you wanted a refund in the future you should have bought insurance.not sure all hotels and airlines but most are giving full refunds.. or full credit for a future flight or future stay if not a full refund.I have one STR I need to check in with my PM and see whats up with it.. its in Indy so its not really a destination type spot its more for business folks coming to ELI Lillie.. the indy 500 and such events.. so far indy 500 is still going if they start cancelling those races around the country boy that will have an impact..

My understanding was when you are renting in your primary residence, i.e. renting rooms in your own house, essentially discrimination laws do not exist with the rationale being that you have to live with said people, so race, religion, sex, age, sexual status are all fair game.And again, as others mentioned, if you do feel like someone won't be a good fit, I would definitely keep it general as to why you don't want to rent to them and not state why, particularly if it for something that could be viewed as discrimination.
