To tag onto the Coach/Mentor question...

. - Properties on the MLS are "tagged" by the realtors within LS.

When I finally really escaped, after making the mistake of going back there after the military, I had a few tag sales and sold every non-essential I owned.

In my area the "red tags" and habitability notices are there for legal reasons.

But on the investment side tagging along with my mom.I became a starving agent for a yr only to earn $100 of rental commission.Got married, and moved to US, my mom bought us our first home.Never been to the country, let alone the town.

When I saw a $1200 price tag I was surprised.I'll probably pass but will update with pics and info when received.

I still cannot figure out how to tag people!

Does the high price tag come from the area or the type of house?

inspector showed up 1 day & got red tagged, with a stop order, for no permit (my fault). we applied for the permit & 2 days later, i called the inspector to apologize & when would the permit be ready as my renters want to move in march 2nd but i said i can't until everything passes. he said it was fine, he spoke to my licensed electrician, & signed off for the permit. i asked if i could pick it up. he asked for my ph# & said he'd call me back.i then called the village clerk to ask about the status. she said, "it's here. come pay for it & pick it up."
