I'm not from the school of the customer is always right, but I do believe in being open-minded, listening, communicating and attempting to correct any issues.  

The kicker is he now realizes he's out of options and is emailing me that he's going to "win be back" and "convince me to stay" like this is some high school romance.

If you are calling an area you live in, you always lead with that, "I am a local homebuyer/wholesaler and live only a few blocks away, went to this high school, etc."

If one of the units you will occupy is larger in GLA/bed/bath count its okay or if its closer to work or school.

I think a reasonably priced market that's growing and has a diversified economy with relatively low crime and good schools.

I have retired and have virtually every toy I want, a nice family (child is graduating from UCSB next Month), and some good friends.  7 cars, boat, motorcycle, nice home.  

Now many younger more tech savvy investors here may disagree but I am old which makes me old school.

Albuquerque is home to Sandia National Labs, Kirtland Air Force Base, the University of NM, Presbyterian Health Care, Abq Public Schools, Amazon, Netflix, Intel, HP, T-Mobile, several large call centers, among many others.
