I bought a vacation rental in suwannee cove at the mouth of the suwannee river, gorgeous place in the middle of nowhere.

I'm getting ready to start out, and I'm wondering about this.First of all, our REIA leader last night defined "campaign" as one specific day and marketing method (eg. pink postcards mailed on 5/1).

I rented a gorgeous Airbnb 3/2.5 townhouse in Orlando / Davensport for $100/night in off season (walking distance to restaurants, grocery, etc. and maybe 15 minutes to the parks).

Looking at a rather old, somewhat dilapidated property in southern NH that had much potential to be gorgeous… would ultimately live in one unit and rent the other when reno is done. 

I traded a bunch of oak tree's on my Oregon Tree farm to a custom hard wood mill .. who then milled me the most awesome custom white oak floors.. random lengths of 6 to 10 feet random widths I mean this stuff was gorgeous and you simply cant buy it.I have it shipped down to Napa valley from Oregon.... and delivered to a parking lot of a friend of mines winery .
