One was even using the stolen identity of a well known NYC veterinarian for some idiot reason. fantastic.Then do it.Dude I seriously don't care what you do or what you believe.do it, have fun! 

Mostly small things, biggest things have been a new electric panel, appliances for one unit, fresh paint for one unit, new garage doors.

These fun answers make me want to be a lender now.

Hampton Beach is nice and getting more popular each year to bad Salisbury beach never rebuilt it was a fun place back in the day.I will have to reach out to Devon and see if there is a way to network.

Clean living and sustainability is a great fresh approach to our business.

Massive marketing campaigns go out to these folks to get your phone ringing.The fun doesn't stop there. 

I removed popcorn ceilings, painted all walls (inside and out), replaced and changed out light fixtures (inside and outside), furnished the entire home, and created a fun outdoor space (fire pit, grill, picnic area, outdoor games - including wiffle ball!).

I am still 100% fresh, but so far it seems legit and I am getting really excited.  

There may be more as you go further out from Raleigh or into Durham - but these 3 stood out to me as being cheaper than or equivalent to rent while still being close enough to commute into Raleigh for work and fun.
