This one was strange because I ended up splitting the companies and partners involved in the deal so we liquidated halfway through the project. 

I know that I have to rely heavily on a solid property management company to not only maintain but to help find me deals as our relationship grows.

I believe sometimes a bad experience is more reflective of the individual than the company. 

I’d love to hear about the crime rates or any other issues (which we cannot guess from the online stats), and how easy or hard it is to find reliable tenants and property management companies.

I know this is an old thread.I'd like to get a more recent opinion of these apps.I think the DFD options is very interesting.What we want to do is endorse one of these for our Real Estate Club in Greenville, SC and have a contest for our members to see who can find the most deals with the software.Maybe try and get a rep from the company we choose to come and speak at one of our in person meeting and also negotiate a longer trial window if possible for our members.

Look for growth in a new company or 2.

If your considering organizing a capital raise perhaps you should focus on large companies that advertise on the websites to be doing a capital raise with a debt offering.

This is a question on refinancing- If I own a property in a Llc company with lots of equity, I refinance, that money is classed as tax free as it’s a loan/debt?

Find information on transfers is kids play for any of these companies. 

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.
