You determine this by looking at the commercial space are they giving it away or is it starting to fly on its own?

Anything under 200K here is flying off the shelves.

I would have to fly to Denver, pay for the conferance and three nights in a hotel plus expenses.

My only problem with them is that they don't have the capability to change the billing credit card on the fly (if for example you wanted to bill on report to your personal credit card, and the next one to an LLC, etc.).

I know the Texas market well. moved to Arizona and have had no trouble continuing to invest in Texas (I fly in every two months for about 5 days).

Next time I fly the 182 to Austin I'll let you buy me a shot of high dollar tequila and we can discuss LO's....Who am I kidding?

Since my home is in FL I am more than 125% underwater I am reasonably sure.

That said, they've had their domain name registered since the late 90's, so they're not a fly-by-night company by any means, but that certainly doesn't make them legit...
