Youtube is passive income too but so u guys think im wasting my time doing it for only 7 dollars a month, keep in mind if u ever fo become famous u will make a ton, also its easier to get more subscribers once ur channel is bigger. harder to go from 0-500 than 500-1000.but ya aside from that whats the best direction to go with real estate investing if i have no time for it and want a property manager to do everythibg
