Not all areas are equaling appealing from a buy and hold lens.

Quite literally, if the rental income is equal to or greater than the PITI, it'll qualify (with some exceptions of course). 75% LTV is typical, but I have worked with lenders willing to do 80%.

Contrary to popular belief, some of the management companies do bring large rental numbers.

See if they are equal or if one get more leads that the other.

Propstream is the winner for me, I have another App too that is equally pricey although I'm still on the trial and will be cancelling it after comparing the two.
