Sad part is I’m driven I can find great deals currently have 3 houses that can make tons off but I don’t have anyone to help me and everyone wants thousands of dollars and doesn’t really involve any kind of actual mentoring but begging for help on their chats.

The attorney we use charges $800 for uncontested and $1,500 if contested. it's not wise to look for an inexpensive attorney when its hundreds of thousands of dollars at play.

Working with our Rockstar agent, Bill Beck, we identified an excellent lakeside investment property near Silver Dollar City and other key Branson attractions that should (eventually) generate a 50% COC return (we have a lot of learning to do - so I'm not banking on that high of a return in the first few years).

The supplier pays me a commission % for the dollar amount of goods I sell to restaurants. 

WE hit it off and shortly there after we are approved for a 3 mil dollar LOC for new builds and went on to do about 8 projects together plus 5 in FLA. 

Why would you spend thousands of dollars and lose months and months of profit to do that?
