It’s not gonna end up happening I’ve cried and begged and pleaded with transunion and Experian and equifax to push my disputes through, begged and pleaded with the collectors to delete them from the credit account and  told over and over had I don’t this a month ago!!

You can try a value dispute to support your offer, and maybe the lender will come down in value and you can come to a middle ground for both sides to accept your offer OR, you have to back and let the listing agent do their job and get a buyer in who will pay what the bank wants.Get your license and get a referral fee if you brought the parties together.

If they can't come to a resolution (and we did offer to impartially mediate) then a restraining order or the court can decide who maintains possession of the unit and who essentially gets "bought out" or forced out of the unit.
