Need addendum to add ADU to existing rental lease agreement

Other considerations are about utilities as she will get a credit back for whatever the ADU consumers for utilities, etc.As rental lease agreements can be quite standard, they are easy to find but I’m having a hard time finding an example of addendum to add to the lease for adding a new ADU and I was wondering if anyone has already done it and they would share a standard template or any ideas on how to get a sample one.Best,Miquel
