I guess there are statement colors that could work against wood like driftwood but I never tried it.

I've tried using my cell phone and sometimes, my photos come out really nice, and other times they are blurry and dark.  

Who ever and where ever you purchase land from some disclosures should be given so you shouldn't be left in the dark.

(I have done initial interviews with them, but, of course, there nice and responsive initially, but later on, they show their true colors...)

Can these colored tiles be reglazed to white? 

Also, the previous landlord used several different colors of ink which leads me to believe he made that modification last second to benefit his friend. 

Chipped paint, holes in the wall, floors are destroyed, all the bedrooms are painted ridiculous colors and the kitchen needs to be completely remodeled. 

I was at first frustrated that a wife asked me what color I was going to stain the deck.

If a buyer has an opportunity to come along now and pick colors of anything, or flooring types etc., then show the picture of the house and say Almost ready to move in...come choose your finishes and less make a deal!"

I would clean out the junk in the pole shed, clean the interior, repaint a neutral color, replace carpet and other light rehab tasks.
