Finishing my first rehab next week. What's the next step?

Hi everyone,

My first rehab property will be ready by the end of next week. I'm currently marketing the property on Craigslist and I will be sitting for my realtor's exam within 1-2 weeks. What are the steps you usually take after the rehab is done? Any tips on how to market the property more effectively?

I haven't found an agent to sponsor me because I don't have my license yet. Once I get my license, I will market the property on the MLS. My only concern is that perhaps a few weeks will go by until I get sponsorship and that's time I could've used to market the property and save money on taxes.
