Is anyone here familiar with how REIPRO is configured?

This is very helpful to me in considering this property.I think right now the best route is buying the property at a price which accomodates a budget for converting to forced air.The reason I say this is the one furnance/electric in the upper configuration creates several problems that make managing this as a rental not as smooth as I want: 1) My understanding is that electric heat is more expensive.

If lenders won't lend on it because of the configuration, ask for seller financing as every buyer will have this problem.I also don't recommend pulling permits and shifting stuff around until you are very familiar with your municipality's zoning enforcement and general attitude toward the building.

I agree with you that the configuration, layout, price, etc. might limit what he is able to do.

They then have the landlord fill out a voucher where you will detail who pays which utilities and how your mechanical are configured. ie. nat gas steam heat vs. heating oil on a force hot air system.  

Yeah he has like 6, fourplexes, I'm not sure how that's configured but he considers it to be one apartment even though they're all actually separate?

Like I mentioned earlier Matt is very talented at remodels and has an eye for colors and how to configure things to add the most value.

That could actualy work as an MTR for travel medical professionals because the configuration and location are good, there are a lot of traveler contracts in that area and wages are high for travelers in the urban PNW.
