Newbie in Sacramento, California

Hello BP Community! My name is Glenn Metz and I am a new Real Estate Investor in the Sacramento region. I have lived in the area for a few years now, but have just recently become obsessed by the various investment opportunities. I have a background in software configuration and project management. 

Since I am still fairly new to real estate as a whole, my main goal is to get educated and build my real estate network! I have started to attend local REIA club meetings and hope to get even more involved in the Sacramento RE community going forward!
