Yes they do a full Title search plus Atty Jon Sayas works in their office and they are extremely professional unlike some title companies who I see have conflict of interest and confidentiality issues....if I close somewhere, I don't want the title company to have a side wholesaling business or share details of my buyers or my deal to others --the actual closing fee that Stewart charges is $225 but there are other charges related to closing.

I would personally wouldn't do it unless I am beyond confident I can raise the rents and have a way to mitigate the capex risk.
