Hi everyone,So I'm concentrating on a specific neighborhood and property type in the Bay Area.

The City of Philadelphia is now addressing this issue and plans on a multi-armed plan to disperse the poverty and hopefully see a drop in the concentration of drug use and crime in that area starting January 2019 (see this article from October- https://billypenn.com/2018/10/18/kensington-homele... ).I'm researching that area now in hopes that it will slowly shift into it's Northern Liberty Neighbor. 

Plus they do add value, if they have the right team and have to work to a budget and draw schedule.That way I can concentrate on business matters and not construction snafoo's.
