SF Bay Area Wholesalers
Hi everyone,
So I'm concentrating on a specific neighborhood and property type in the Bay Area. I received the farm list for the area, and I want to start inquiring w/ people to see if they want to sell... at a good price of course.
I'll be clear... I'm not looking to be a wholesaler at all.
My goal is to get a decent deal and force appreciation. If I could do one deal a year, I'll be happy.
My question is to anyone who is a wholesaler or has wholesale experience. What techniques did you use that were successful? What would you recommend doing? (especially for people w/ experience in the Bay Area)
Please feel free to private message me if that's preferred. Thanks for the help everyone.
