I'm talking about the one or two things you do that are going to make the place stand out from the competitors or make the potential owner fall in love with the place because of that one thing.

We are an LLC for one and for a good reason, as most of our competitors.

I have been involved with many flips, as a good friend of mine has done 13 this year so far and many many in the prior years, but since I truly jumped into the game, and now am a competitor, I can't get honest answers from any of my old mentors.

If anything when renewal comes up and Walgreens or CVS makes demands the landlord for certain locations can have leverage if competitors come calling.I check back in here now every week or so but have been busy non-stop with clients and NNN.

Their biggest competitor is Juniper Square, which I've heard other syndicators and operators use but I don't have any personal experience with them.

I have utilized a LOC with a competitor finance company and got charged $0 closing costs.

Once you send a bid to a client, what makes /how is your company the most valuable and different than other contractors for investors to choose you over other competitors?

Unfortunately this is a scam that runs rampant through the rental industry and a large part of the reason why Craigslist has quickly been decimated by more credible competitors (name Facebook) where the poster is required to have a public profile @Joe P.I will say that @Troy Sheets' and @Marco Anemone's situations sound a bit more extreme, but honestly it's probably just an example where the scammers "won". 

My competitors in my market however, do not.
