This one is kind of for fun. When you are flipping a house (or even fixing up a rental) what are your favorite little things to add or do to make the place pop? I'm talking about the one or two things you do that are going to make the place stand out from the competitors or make the potential owner fall in love with the place because of that one thing. That, to me, would be one of the more fun things about rehabbing a place.
