What I find to be wrong, or fraudulent, is to then immediately relist 4 days later, on the MLS for $75k more, in an attempt to line up buyers before you ever have to close.

He was the victim of a scheme by Flippin' on the Side to take over $40k from him for fraudulent purposes, similar to that described in other forums, but under a different name: Flippin' on the Side, by Luke Caldwell and Clint Robertson (the "Boise Boys").Some of the documents identify High Point Education as the source, but I am reasonably sure this is another front for Zurixx LLC.
