MattHi Matthew, To give you some perspective New Jersey is 8,729 sq. miles, and the Dallas-Ft Worth MMA is 9,286 sq. miles and is home to around 8 million people.It is made up of 11 counties some crime filled, some more expensive.A better way to think about this might be to narrow your thinking a bit, and research the counties to figure out which ones offer you the best fit for your particular investing profile, then take a trip there for a couple of weeks and just drive the place (Texas is NOT New Jersey).For me, the visuals in this video pretty much sum up Dallas (in a very broad sense): https://www.youtube.com/watch?
