I don’t know but would love to hear some feedback, everybody’s market is unique , I’m in Colorado…unless you make a big undermarket buy when you  refi (possible but not easy in this  market )  how else can you tap into equity , scale up and cashflow ?

Hey Bigger Pockets Family, I recently moved to Denver, CO from Tacoma, WA where my business partner and I used to fix & flip properties.

A Veterans Administration mortgage where a Veteran and non-Veteran co-borrower qualify for a mortgage together is called a joint VA loan.But like I said to Denis some lenders do not offer this options due to guide lines or investor overlays. 

The purchase price is $1.115M and they could not get an FHA loan here for that amount, so they are doing 5% down instead of 3.5% and had to get a non-occupying cosigner to make it work. 

There are experts for other states like MD, SC, LA, TX, CO, OR and a handful of others.

Otherwise known as thongs to ya'll...here in the south "thongs" have a totally different meaning. hahaha - I resided in North Co San Diego in my 20's and can absolutely tell you that you will miss that climate.
