Do you own a working vacuum cleaner?"

I'm curious what others are using and if there is anything newer with a cleaner interface.

I prefer non-paned look windows as they look cleaner and there's less to deal with if you have to repair a window, but it depends on the house.2.

Another question: how do you send your cleaners the schedule?

My main goal is to make most of it Automated and just hire house cleaners, snow removal, and have a handy man at the ready!

My PMs can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the cost.Hire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

I find good cleaners at reasonable prices to be difficult to find.Generally, I can find a cleaner to scrub a disgusting place for $15/hr.

The cleaner and generally nicer the apartment, the nicer the tenant. 

We ripped out all carpets, hired a kennel cleaner to scrub and disinfect the tile floors, scrubbed the walls and ceilings with bleach and water and painted everything with Kilz. 

If I am looking to retail a home for top dollar it is much better to work in the cleaner communities.
