The second type of zone is one that is loosely regulated (legal now) but where a lot of the conversations regarding STR's are still being had and could change rapidly in the coming years.

I have tried to bring up those expenses in a few of our conversation, and even though they are aware of those expense since they also investing themselves, they still don't include those in their analyst. 

We have 4 Bedrooms, so I didn't need to do a garage conversion, but instead went with a Star Wars themed game room.I put in a mini-split HVAC unit - it has been 110 degrees for the past 70 days. 

Just yesterday I had the same conversation with Jessica LaRusso at Seek Capital and they also offered me lines of credit through un-secured credit cards, offering 0% interest for 12-18 months.
