The inside of the wood paneling in the built in cabinets down there were even rotten.

With that said- flooring is one, kit. cabinets and countertops is another and Lighting is the third.I budget 5bucks a sf labor and mat for flooring- I hardwood all public areas (LR DR hall) ant tile wet - (kit & Ba) carpet the bedrooms at $12sy.

This includes locked offices or filing cabinets and proper paper destruction services.  

The builder had located the fridge next to the long run of cabinets to the left of the sink; it was on top do the kitchen register.

I'm assuming those two cabinets above the shower were pre-existing?

To be more specific, I have an early 90s home in Fairfield with standard builder grade materials throughout for that era (solid oak cabinets, linoleum floors, gold accent hardware in bathrooms, tile counters, etc.)

Here is what it needs and my calculations for investment analysis.Needs a new roof, new windows, flooring throughout, new insulation in the attic, update kitchen with new cabinets, refrigerator, painting and other minor repairs.
