Hello everyone, I am getting my license in a few weeks, and I wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations for brokerages in the Inland Empire/ San Gabriel Valley area of CA.

BloombergAbout 5,630 newly built apartments will be listed for rent in Manhattan this year, according to data compiled by brokerage Citi Habitats.

Let me know if you think its to early to get a real estate mentor at a brokerage, or if its a good idea to start early. 

PLUS the agent has to be with specific brokerages to be on their "preferred" agent list. 

If they want that I will not be going on that journey with them.Now there are times where I look for clients and they work with multiple brokerages BUT these are huge companies that buy hundreds of millions to billions of dollars in properties a year.

My long term dream plan is to start with multi-family rental properties, as that grows I would like to help cut costs by maybe starting my own property management company, also do syndicated deals, set up a real estate brokerage, really just in general ways that I can keep expanding is I grow into multiple areas and different businesses the real estate has to offer. 

There is an agent in my brokerage who uses an iPad Pro and he seems to like it but he does have a full keyboard case thingy so he can type easier than he would if he had to use the on-screen keyboard.

I would consider moving into Real Estate full time at some point in the future.Any recommendations on a good brokerage to look into to get started?
