Looking to join a West Twin Cities Real Estate Broker
Hello Minneapolis!
I’m currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license in Minnesota. I’m looking to join a team in the Minneapolis area - preferably west of the twin cities (Minnetonka, Edina, Eden Prairie, Excelsior, Chanhassen, Chaska, etc.).
I currently invest in rental properties and fix and flips and am looking to use my license for my own ventures as well as part-time to assist with friends and family or networking opportunities. I would consider moving into Real Estate full time at some point in the future.
Any recommendations on a good brokerage to look into to get started? I’d prefer a smaller firm to begin as I understand larger companies (RE/Max, Edina Realty) have higher monthly fees. I would love to work with a team who would be willing to coach me to be highly competent in the Real Estate world.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
