Does anyone have a good flooring supplier they wouldn't mind recommending?

Jay, I think I just saw that thread today, where one of the HR RE partners says they have the same supplier as Morris Invest.

I adjust to a lower cost gas supplier every early September.  

My window supplier might give you better, Jimmy at irwindale windows might give you better.

If the supplier will do assembly, that could be pretty nice.  

Another option is to find local suppliers of hard money loans.

I sometimes require list of subs and suppliers, but rarely, if I don't implement a daily sign-in sheet.
