Jay, I think I just saw that thread today, where one of the HR RE partners says they have the same supplier as Morris Invest.

If the supplier requires any code upgrades before activating you cannot as you are not allowed to modify the property in any wayIn regards to a septic, you should be able to get a basic inspection without utilities as to the type of system and overall conditionKeep in mind, your earnest money will not be refunded even if you find major issues
